Fraudulent Account Opened With Stolen Card, Bill Sent to Collections

It appears as though the Disney Movie Club (DMC) is just one scam after another. My credit card information was stolen and used to open an account with the DMC. The account was opened with my address, so I did receive the merchandise, although, I definitely do not want them. I went through the credit card company to get reimbursed for the charges and ate the return shipping fee to send the dvd's back (and no, the company did not offer to reimburse me for the shipping charges, even though they accepted a fraudulent credit card, nice huh?) Well, a few months after that, I received more dvd's with a bill! I tried to get in contact with the company but they blew me off. I tried to cancel the account, but since I did not open the account, I can't get in to cancel it! The entire company is one big scam! I have stated that I would gladly send the dvd's back if they give me a letter stating that the account has been canceled, thats all. But no, they sent the bill to a collection agency. They are trying to scare me into paying the bill. Well, I'm making complaints with the BBB for both the collection agency and Disney Movie Club. I implore everyone else who has had negative dealings with them to do likewise and maybe we can save other people the hassle I've been through.
