I joined the Disney Movie Club as an unknowing consumer who was tempted by their offer of four Disney movies at $1 each. However, I got myself into a contract which required that I buy 5 regular-priced dvds before I would be allowed to cancel my membership. I did what I thought would get me out of it, called and cancelled my membership, but a few days later I look at my bank account and find that my card was charged $25.90 for the Disney Movie Club, and also had a $35 overdraft fee as a result. I was not planning on any more charges from the Club, and now have no way to contact a human being to discuss the matter, as their phone service is all automated. I am seriously considering cancelling my debit card, as now that I am a college student, I can not afford this to continue to happen. Please help?!???
