I'm stuck with a bad digital carrier, pls don't deal with this company

I purchased an e-recording electronic provider from Kimtech Europe, thousand of buck, they explained this provider function good, i delivered this provider to my company in Africa, once the specialist began adding it he discover the installation guide was lacking the program they delivered with this specific gear wasn't actually launching in to the computer. I contact kimtech, to Protest to him, he hang-up on me, today I am caught having a poor electronic provider, pls do not cope with the corporation.
