I requested 4 books on december 3 they sent me conformationand tracking number the status claims delivered by 6th, 8th and 9th of dec. I received hands down the 4 but no others came. I sent they responded back once declaring they'll w there quickly by royal mail but ther can be a delay due to higher-security thru email. Nevertheless even today december 29 no other books and they wont answer emails back whatsoever. I'd like my money back please!!!
