Will never use them again

I submitted my buddyis tax return in Jan because it was an easy return. The government didn't obtain it. You can't contact them-and though it claims free customer support, there's a that states you've to pay for to talk to somebody. Perhaps they never submitted it since I didn't spend to document their state return together. He obtained his reimbursement in the Condition currently. They'll not react to emails both. Won't ever utilize them again.
