I purchased a showerhead which did not work-out for me personally, for $65. I acquired an RMA range in the organization to come back it, delivered it in excellent situation, and also have never gotten my reimbursement (assured by their website) or may they answer any emails. They've no telephone number or different method to contact them; their snail-mail is just a PO Box. They truly are rip off designers!
