Not delivering product

I put an order on Saturday May 29 for an Airsoft Double Barrel Shotgun @ $14.77

Plus delivery of $8.99 AND duty of $0.89 to Get A whole of $24.65.

This cost was taken from my charge card on Monday May 31 within the quantity of $24.65

I'd tried calling, delivering emails, and making feedback about the webpage, but still I'd not obtained the Airsoft shotgun, or had the opportunity to obtain touching anybody as of this organization, or have I been approached even while up to now~!!

On Monday, June 14 I ultimately ended the purchase through the Master of Swords site. I did so get a verification for termination, along with a concept that my reimbursement could be released ASAP~

Today is Sunday, June 20 and that I still haven't been released the credit for that termination... Or any communications or e-mails or telephone calls.

No body answers the telephones at Master of Swords, or do they've the courtesy to come back a telephone call or mail.

I'll be getting this problem up with Inspector Ronald Scott of the Cobb County Sheriff's Workplace, The Georgia Office of Consumer Affairs, combined with the Nearby FBI... WHEN THERE IS NO REFUND RELEASED to my charge card from the end-of the company time on MON, JULY 21. The cash was removed of the charge card in one single evening... I understand it may be returned in one single day aswell.

There's also a complaint submitted using the Web Crime Complaint Center regarding this issue.

Please consider the chance to solve this instantly, NO LATER THAN shut of company, Monday June 21.
