7 months to get refund

Bought a notebook (T-410) March 17. I had been unhappy withit and struggled for just two weeks and a large number of hours about the telephone and e-mail and lastly got an RMA to return after that it they stated I'd been released a complete refund after they received it back. Used to do receive the credit memo within the email as well as the credit quantity but I've never received my resources. It claims my card was returned on May 17. I've been spending money on this on my charge card and transporting price for 7 weeks. I've dropped $1553.36 and thus much no wish of viewing it again not to mention all my interest costs. The credit quantity is 6200778113 and also the purchase quantity is 4240167408. It's usually exactly the same whenever you call-in-you receive informed to contact another quantity whilst the quantity you named is for another thing. I simply get returned back and forth and backwards and forwards. We're likely to attempt to undergo CREDIT today of course if it's to not late observe if we are able to get our cash back. The entire knowledge is a complete nighmare. Not really a single division has desired to assist with something.

Update: After calling CREDIT simply today to document a they advised me the credit is about the last declaration simply shipped in my experience. Lenovo never really published my reimbursement unitl July 22. Pleased I ultimately move my cash but 7 weeks to obtain my money-back and spending charge card rates of interest about the funds_NEVER CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH LENOVO
