Below I will post some exerpts of the despicable, and disgusting, pathetic and FALSE attempts to steal your money, but first, I would like to give everyone a REAL review about what is going on with this company's pitiful products.

They use the popular FREEEEEEEEEE trial scam, WHICH IS ONLY, AND I MEAN ONLY, AND ATTEMPT TO DISCOVER YOUR CARD NUMBER. This 'trial' is anything BUT FREEEEEE!!! Their ads bombard you. Their fake news sites, and fake blogs are everywhere. The lies NEVER stop. Their sites are complete with HUGE signs screaming FREEEEEEEE!!! Oh, yeah, just a little small note - their FREEEEEE, JUST pay shipping!!! Oh, now, don't worry, we only need your credit card number for the shipping. THAT'S ALL JUST SHIPPING, WE PROOOOOOOOOOMISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSEEE!!!

*let me make this clear - every single crap product, from acai, to those pathetic google money kits, to their useless teeth whiteners use the popular free trial scam! Yes, that's right, xm brands i said it:

*every single xm brands inc product lies and says they only need your credit card for shipping. They then turn around lickety split and charge your card $90 every month, whether you cancel or not.

*let me make this clear - they will charge it every month whether you cancel or not*

This xm brands inc. Has an f with the bbb. They have a total of 710 complaints filed against them with a whopping 648 complaints that went completely unanswered!!! That is the poorest record i have ever seen percentage wise*

XM BRANDS INC, I welcome your explanations for that, and PLEASE no scripts. I know that all of you can barely speak a word of English, but seeing those scripts just really insults my intelligence.

NOW, XM BRANDS ALSO USES THE EMPTY THREAT OF PUTTING YOU INTO AN INTERNET FRAUD DATABASE IF YOU EVEN DARE TO FILE A CHARGEBACK FOR THOSE SURE FIRE CHARGES THEY PUT ON YOUR CARD AFTER, YES AFTER, CANCELATION. Rest ASSURED there is no such thing, and this criminal company only says that to strike fear into their victims so they won't attempt to get their money back. Well, HEATHERBIRDLADY is telling you to DO file it, and ignore their made up threats, there is NO such thing as an internet fraud database.

Also, DO NOT DARE TRUST THEM WHEN THEY FLAT OUT LIE AND TELL YOU THAT THEY'VE CANCELED YOUR ACCOUNT. You will find that the cute little foreign darlings have snuck their little heads back into your bank account and helped themselves away to your money. YES, you have the RIGHT to file a chargeback, and the RIGHT to file criminal charges to the fbi at ic3. Gov. OOOOOPS!!! SORRY XM BRANDS INC, bet you didn't want me to let that out either eh? TOO BAD.

*here is how to protect yourself and your money*

-RECORD ALL CONVERSATIONS OF YOU CANCELING!!! Very important! Make SURE you have that evidence. Call from a cellphone, they almost ALWAYS have a record option. Sometimes you have to wait until you dial the number. DON'T WAIT for them to pick up to start recording! Try this out with your friends first to make sure you know how to do this record option quickly! Also, confirm the date and time you're calling with them. Ask them to repeat to verify that your account is CANCELED!

-ALSO DEMAND an rma number from them so you can write this number in HUGE letters on the outside of the package! ALSO ask them to tell you themself personally WHICH address you are to send this back to. At the END of the conversation, after you've done all this, let them know you've recorded this conversation for your records, because you have seen MANY complaints of them charging your account AFTER canceling. NOW, ALSO record yourself telling them that you expect no more product at all to be sent, and if it is, let them know that you will neither pay for it nor pay to send the product back, AND UNDER UNITED STATES LAW, YOU MAY CONSIDER IT A GIFT FROM THE COMPANY! Let them know that, and if they do send your account to collections, you will inform them of this too, and you have plenty of documentation to hand to your attorney.

WHEN YOU SEND THE USELESS PRODUCT BACK - be SURE to write the rma number HUGE on it. Also make sure the correct address the scammer gave you is prominently displayed. Take pictures of this at the post office. Also, pay to have it insured, and also pay to have delivery confirmation signature added. This will prevent the scammers for using any of these as an excuse to refuse refunds.

Give copies of your canceling and copies of photos to your bank, and let them know you have followed all company procedures to the letter, and that you want to make sure these criminals do not get back in to your account.

*if they direct you to a website, be sure to take screen shots of the form filled out BEFORE you press submit and AFTER. To do this, you need to press the prntscrn on your keyboard. Then go to your paint program, go up to edit, click paste. Then go up to file save as, and change the format to a jpeg. Do this for each screen shot u take. Now you have evidence of that as well. Also, print out any and all emails and hand to your bank as well.

IN CONCLUSION - XM brands inc has the worst percentage rating bar none that I have EVER seen. They lie, cheat, and steal, and will continue to lie cheat and steal long after you've canceled, that is unless you follow the instructions below. XM brands uses fear tactics, and have joined many other scammers claiming to ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION INTO THE NON EXISTENT INTERNET FRAUD DATABASE, so you will not be able to shop online anymore. I don't know which criminal scammer made up that word, maybe the infamous scammer jesse willms? But no matter who made it up, know that it IS FAKE, and that you have every right in this country to issue a chargeback for fraud!!!

According to consumer protection laws - a company must PROMINENTLY DISPLAY ANY TERMS THAT STATE FUTURE CHARGES WILL INCURE BEFORE THE CONSUMER SUBMITS INFORMATION. A link at the bottom of the page directing you to another site does NOT qualify. Also, according to the law, a company MUST make it easy and quick for customers to cancel negative option memberships, and MUST provide an rma number if one is required to avoid being charged. Xm brands inc is legendary for trying to refuse your rma number to be revealed. Remind the customer service rep, that here in america, that is against the law to refuse it, and it does not matter that s/he is a middle eastern or not, the company can be sued if the don't disclose it. Middle eastern laws do NOT apply in America! Also, a customer should wait no more than 5 minutes on hold before they speak to a rep! Remember to record the conversation, and if they hang up on you, they are violating consumer protection laws AGAIN, and let your bank know that too!
