Nuisance Cell Phone Calls

I have received several calls from the above number, one being today and several last week.

When I called them back, they answered the phone "RPM" and when I questioned them about why they were calling and the nature of their business, they hung up.

(They first asked me for my cell phone number, which I refused to give them, as I will be using it for outgoing emergency calls only.)
