Derek Paul Gendron of Michigan has been convicted of larceny and embezzlement. Currently he is being investigated for welfare fraud. Gendron continues to steal money

From people through an adaptation to the internet. He sells pet supply websites to

People with the promise of financial success, but they prove to be bankrupt

— they generate no income. He established a help center in the GRV website

To create the illusion that he is assisting his clients, but the contractual

Agreements are violated with his lackluster (if any) technical support.

Additionally, he also breaches the contracts because he owns competing pet

Supply websites. Gendron denies access to the help center at his whim; holds

Captive the websites (does not release them so people can use another

Server); makes unauthorized entry into sold websites to make changes;

Disrupts email connections to websites so potential clients cannot make

Contact; makes it difficult for people to pay hosting fees which gives him

An excuse to shut down their websites; and attempts to spy in other people¹s

Computers. He refuses to pay back the money for their empty purchases

($7,800.00). All this activity has been documented as are his criminal

Records which can be furnished upon request. There are a number of us who

Are his victims, so my grievance is not an isolated case. Thank you
