I highly recommend visitors to not buy from Insane Cameras. They're truly one of the most unprofessional people I've ever endured the discomfort of coping with online.

I requested a camera from Insane Cameras about the 4th Feb, and after studying several reviews online afterwards I chose to stop the purchase instantly. Regardless of this CC nevertheless required the cash out-of my bill immediately and that I have now been awaiting more than 6 months to be returned. During this period I've been continuously contacting, calling and talking with company accrediation businesses looking to get some handle but have simply been fobbed off with horrible reasons and emails without any verification of any reimbursement. Fortunately I've today submitted the situation onto my lender who're refunding my cash under an indemnity claim.

Our advice to those who have previously purchased from their store and it is attempting to declare their money-back would be to talk to their lender instantly, conserve all emails in the compnay and claim through trading requirements.
