Wont let me return product

We have tried to cancel this product and the company does not have a record of our account! But they keep sending us the product. When I called, they wanted our credit card number to "locate our account" and I would not give it to them. The man was very rude and I told them that I would continue to refuse paying for the product. They will have to cancel our account and send me a RMA# to return the product but I will not pay for any of it.
