I put an order to get a trial of acai3x. *please beware* my order was placed via web @3: a. M i named the corporation back @9: a. M number 1-866-478-6997 & after holding for 45 moments i lastly talked to some cara/kara i informed her i needed to cancell our trial purchase & she told i'd just placed the order several hours before & why did i do want to cancell? I recommended due to the negative response to the organization. She then explained that she couldn't refund our $4.95 s&h although the merchandise hadn't yet left the distribution center. I questioned why if the product was still in the possession of the organization & she mentioned since the order had been in the machine. I informed her the company still gets the solution why cant our money be returned. No answer! I also tried to send an email for the organization & the machine delivered it having a failure to ship, phony likewise email likewise!!! Assistance@healthylivin.Biz
