Credit card charge even though cancelled product first time. Never received product

I created the error of slipping due to their ad in purchasing their item JUST FOR an effort and also the delivery cost.

Today I'm beeing charged monthly $ 86.42 PLUS international purchase charge of $ 2.59. I terminated their item after I had been beeing charged the very first time, many months before, and not obtained the merchandise but beeing charged anyway.

So what can I really do to prevent this deceptive motion, and never having my charge card charged monthly? May be the only choice available to stop my existing charge card?
