Unauthorized charges

In July I clicked on an info article on how to make money on Twitter. The site asked for a credit card # in case you chose to activate an acount with one of the companies. I did nt activate any account. Do not have a password or user ID yet I have been charged repeatedly $49.87 a currency excahnge fee of $1.49 per month beginning August. I have finaaly gotten it cancelled with a cancellation # but they will not refund my money. I had no way of knowing I was signed up for this nor did I see any charges until after their 40 cancellation period because of the billing date of my credit card. They will not refund any of the money. I have never used the Twitter account or this scam account. I do not feel I should have to pay for these charges. What are my options? I have talked to 2 people there and they each read the same verbatum paragraph to me. If this has happened to me, it has happened to countless other innocent people. Please help me to get my money back!
