Charged after cancel

My partner put up for-free test to determine if there is any audio on the webpage that I would like. Free test finished on 10-19-09, she named on 10-19-09 and terminated the membership. On 10-20-09 they costs 114.99 towards the charge card. Havent even signed to the site. Don't have any code to emusic however they charged despite termination. Named and talked to somebody about the telephone, they terminated the membership once more and was informed they cant return the costs
