I requested a cd for $ 2.95 and was charged on my charge card for $ 69.95 I dd not purchase any service-only the Disc. After I named and talked to DURANTE he explained he cant do something concerning the costs. After I requested to talk to a boss he explained she was hectic and he or she might contact me back. I requested the costs be delivered he explained thay couldn't that I requested there solutions.
