Poor customer service, manager hung up

I bought pizza from accommodation. About one hour later I called back again to discover why Pizza wasn't shipped. They didn't possess a report of my purchase and also the supervisor got about the point. Their title is Russell and he explained my card didn't approach and that I stated I'd another card why did he not contact the area. He explained there is no solution when he named the resort. I mentioned I had been resting within the area waiting, the telephone never called. No body requested for my quantity with no one called me back. He put on me. I called back and requested for his last name and he explained " I'll never get his lastname", then put up. I called back and he put up again. I needed my pizza I requested.
