I too purchased service and a router from broadbandoffers.com and received no paperwork in order to process the rebates. It said that upon placing the order if terms and conditions were met that I would receive the rebates in 10-16 weeks. The order was placed on Dec 24th and it is March 3 and I have heard nothing nor seen anything in my bank account. Therefore, I have contacted the support. I did receive the monthly rate as promised, but spent $129.95 on a router that was supposed to be free after rebate and haven't seen a dime in rebates. Guess I will see if anything is resolved!

Too good to be true, usually is!
