I was scamed for a web site I didn't get

I had been resulted in think i'd access a site for 5 years to get a onetime cost of $23.95. After i listed and completed the form the price leaped as much as $43.95. I chose to continue, simply to learn the site was all a rest. I am particularly mad just because a trustworthy buddy i'd like to use her visa bank card. Today i have got to describe we havnot something for the cash, and someone managing a fraud such as this has her card data. I'd like payment entirely changed to her card immediately.
