This company billed my credit card $35.89 and now I can not access the website. It keeps asking me to join

I signed up with Criminal-Check.com on Nov 18 and they charged my credit card $35.89 and I cannot gain access to the website. They keep asking me to register. I would like to get my money back and I don't know what to do.
