Unauthorized charge to my credit card

I came across a cost on my charge card statement by Savings2go. I've never employed this type of support. The total amount chaged to my card was $14.95. I'd to contact my creditcard support and complete an application declaring that I never approved this cost. I also shut out my cridet card and am awaiting the brand new one which has been released.
