14.95 unauthorized off of credit card

On 3/5 14.95 was charged to my credit card with out my authorization.
The cost was from Savings2Go. I've never heard about this, before I examined online and discovered this website, Clearly I had been cheated.
The charge card business required the charge-off but stated I'll have to get hold of savings2go to stop the account I actually donot have.
