Charging credit card / no product

I purchased rejuenate an i came across it not to function... They tell you to cover shipping and handling. They give you one month to test the product. But the merchandise requires about 8 to 10-day to make it to you. However you've 15 days to cancel your order. After 15 times they changed my card 49.95. But the question is how can u call them when nobody answer your call or email. When thirty days is up they charged my card again for 58.90. But they did not ship me any item. Therefore tell me how does that work... It does not since it's another pyramid scam.
