Just like all the other complaints, it's the same story. I paid the $1.95 cost for the cd and three weeks later i see a $99 charge to my account. Attempting numerous time to contact the "customer service" # (888-255-1241) was a waste of time. How, after all of these complaints can the government allow this company to continue these actions. We were all told there are no other costs we would be charged and now look at all the complaints posted. FRAUDULOUS is what this is.
