Is a scam and did not recieve services

Site provides use of a myspace system for life having a 10$ gift, once donation was created entry wasn't accessible and didn't focus on account. Therfore approached help@press-enterprises.com about scenario twice but still have gotten no reaction

I do want to record this site like a fraud and need a complete reimbursement of my 10$ and also the extra 1$ for using paypal.

I further desire that the company-no longer conduct business with this specific organization and allow it to be recognized that I'll be confirming it towards the BBB
