Getting cc for issues used to donot orde

I requested acai tablets was suppose to pay for delivery and handling. They billed me 44.90. Then i complained. Told them not to deliver me something else.in Oct they billed my cc another 44.90, this can be a scam. Iam so dissatisfied. I need my money back. I won't suggest the corporation to anyone. Thanks
