Unauthorized charges

I paid 2.95 for trial CD and never got it. My credit card has now been charged $69.95. The phone number is bogus and no information, like a mailing address can be found. I have been ripped off! I've also had other suspicious charges on my card that information cannot be found. I guess these thieves just sell our CC number to anybody else. The 800 number on your credit card statement usually just rings or you always get an answering machine.
