Can not download google earth which I paid for through this scam

I needed to set up googleearth and also the payment I suppose experiences this fraud organization. They overcharged me for garbage that used to donot actually purchase. Youv'e got to us clack the boxs they have alresdy press or you're billed. I blame google and that I need my money-back however, you cannot keep in touch with either of those bad cpmpanies. I'm pissed and google is accountable. Ric Jones
