Trading under google although no connection to that company

I searched on google for google earth, and one of the links was to earth 2008. On entering this site it appears they are selling an advanced version of google earth, but this is not so. They are selling a support service and links to programmes that are already free to download. When you try to contact them they ask for further information, when you try to contact again you find they have blocked your access. I have tried to stop payment but it appears they have 30 days to take payment from your account before you can TRY to be reimbursed. According to their site you may cancel at any time, WRONG you can't cancel, i've just spent 2 days trying to do that. Now they tell me they have no record of my membership although they furnished me with a user name and password. Beware of this site.
