Took my money then sued me

This company is horrible.in May they took my items (a large IT inventory) and sold them on eBay after agreeing to a 75/25 split verbally and later a 70/30 split contractually (when problems arose) Most items they got 1/2 of what the average eBay auction was getting and then my splits averaged 55/45 their favour. I wrote an article about my experience on my website and they sued me - dragging it through court for more than 1.5 years. The whole experience with Bidzirk cost me many friends and most all of my business relationships, not to mention the money loss, time wasted, and depression I suffered.
