Credit card scam!

I've been billed $10.00 from my bank card since June 21. It received my interest after I obtained my declaration on March 7TH,6 months they've been getting unauthorized cash. I looked on art.com for that very first time in July, 07, and that I just approved art.com. I named Reservation benefits and informed them used to do not join or provide you with authorization to-go into my charge card bill, and just how did you receive my info? They stated through my purchase with art.com. They've just returned me $10.00 from Feb., and stated they did return me another $50.00 on 3/10/08, it never continues to be put-back into my bill. Our bank-only dates back a few months, I'd like the $50.00 from Reservation Incentive they stoled from my bill.
