Unauthorized charges!

I ordered a free CD for $1.97 S&H. On 1/14/08. It came with a free 7 day trial for something else. When I received the CD, it had been damaged by the post office. I called BSM and was told they would send me a link to use. I have not received it to date. So, I have yet to even use it. Now there is a charge of $39.95 shown on my bank account to come out 1/22. I told the company to cancel this "free trial" and was told to call the 800#. There is no 800#. There is an email to opt out of mailings. I don't believe this will cancel the bill.
