Never recieved product!

I spot and purchase on 06-24-07 plus they charged me $33.95 for, allegedly, two containers of area ideal. Five ninety five was allegedly for help delivery. After not getting my item in three months. I named plus they stated that is was in West Virginia. Which I can visit subsequently postoffice and choose it-up. I informed her that I reside in another condition ten hours from West Virginia. Then I had been informed to permit another two times also get the item. Also create a lengthy history small, after six days weeks - I never obtained my item and was handed just $24.90 back. Today understand this, I had been informed the additional ten bucks was for delivery and handling and may not be returned. I had been angry!!!
