This company popped up when I was having trouble installing a printer cartridge and needed help for the specific application. The person responding knew nothing, and did not help in any way with the problem.
I was charged $48.00. I was upset at that, but let it go. Then they charged it again a month later! I had no idea there was a recurring charge, and the original one was totally ridiculous as well. It was like calling a random person with no expertise on what ou are dealing with.
