Repeated Calls Seeking Credit Card Information for Unreceived Products

This company keeps trying to call me at 1-945-262-7512 to get credit card information from me.

They claim I signed up for a promotion with conditions stating that I would automatically be committed to an auto-schedule if I didn't call them after 30 days to give feedback on the trial products they sent me.

I don't ever remember signing up for such a thing and have never received any products from them.

This constitutes fraud.
