Poor business practice all around

I I did so a few thousand bucks of company with this specific organization annually. The purchase procedure was never simple, however the sheets where good. That's till this last purchase. We requested 90 bright seat addresses and red organza sashes. We recommended them they were the normal rectangular back catering seat, They came late with a circular top, which led to the chair addresses were 3" too brief. The marriage was on New Years Eve and also the seat handles arrived so late we were left without any option but to make use of them. The woman was extremely annoyed. After I named the organization to go over the dog owner Rupal, basically chuckled at me and stated " Oh, that is also poor" I subsequently questioned her to resend me the prepaid return shipment labels simply because they were lost.
