Site scam and fraud

On October 5th, UNEXPECTED IDEALS DIRECT offered me a Titanium Magnetic Activities Band for $39.95 with free delivery. This quantity was taken from my bank account on October 12. I've an order quantity that will be: SUD-E22C11A8-E021.

I made my first phone for them on October 31 and quit a note asking about shipping of the band. The concept stated they'd return to me which they never did.

Next concept was designed to them on November 19 and again no-return phone.

On November 20 I delivered them an email and stated I'd record them when they didn't return to me.

Today is December 7 but still no-call back WITH NO PRODUCT.

I'm SEEKING a REIMBURSEMENT of $39.95 from Sudden Values Primary. I DON'T WANT THIS PRODUCT

I believe I've been completely scammed and experience I've been significantly more than individual in reading from their website. The termination with this product is 12-31. Any help you may be in solving this problem could be greatly appreciated.
