I won 5 auctions and after 3 weeks have not received anything

I gained 5 deals and after 3 months haven't gotten something. I sent a week ago and 6 nights later I acquired a contact stating among the products was sold-out. These people absolutely don't have their work together so far as praising the things they state. A genuine frustration.
