Won items never got them

I gained 5 products within the first week of December dealdash delivered me shipping times and bogas following numbers. Products were to reach November 19th never got them. Then I approached them by mail they stated 2 or 3 of the things are now actually un-available which haven't delivered some of my products out. They've inner following figures but there not actual figures to any delivery provider. Nevertheless have noticed nothing from their website. I suppose my next thing would be to contact my charge card business...
