Invoicing my clients and claiming to be my company

This company sent a "notice" which looked very similar to an invoice to one of my clients. The pdf they sent was titled my company name which is fraud. It does say in bold print that it is a solicitation but my client did not see this because it is very tiny to read. Why would a company do this to my client and try to steal my business using my business name. This is just ridiculous and this company needs to stop. Be cautious...
