Their customer support is extremely slow

Purchased 2 pencil sharpeners from LugBuy.com. Both products and delivery were unbelievably cheap. Looked such as a discount. Paid using Paypal. Next issue I understand: they ask me for more income simply because they had believed the delivery fee incorrect (fresh delivery fee was 10x within the unique delivery charge!) AND someone from China (Lugbuy.com is just a oriental site) experimented with record into my mail account. Ended my purchase, awaiting reimbursement. I definitely don't recommend this website. Update: 4 days after I keep these things stop my purchase, they verify they "may" (in the place of "may"!) return withing 24-72 hour... I've some uncertainties concerning the schedule. Their customer support is extremely slow.
