Positioned an order about the 16th of November. For a slowcooker. The order status displays impending fee bill once the quantity of the purchase had been removed from my banking account. Attempted to contact customer support plus they explained it requires 1-3 times to ship a product nowadays may be the 23rd of December but still no cargo. I will not be using the services of them anymore.
