I put an order 12/18/07 for binoculars. Sears.com site suggested product was in-stock and so I required fast delivery and applied my bank check card to cover the purchase

I called customer support on12/24 and was informed them was shipping in the merchant and might "most likely not appear by Holiday". I called again the finish of this week and was informed the purchase was shipping in the merchant with no additional info was

Available. Nowadays, 1/3/08 I again spoke with customer service and was told the order had been cancelled on 12/18- the day it was placed. I never acquired a contact showing termination - just an order verification declaring it'd deliver within 2 times! Or did the very first two calls to customer support develop the data concerning the termination

Along with that, my cash hasn't been returned to my banking account! I talked with client relationships along with a Sears.com boss today and was informed it requires 7 to 10 times for that reimbursement to undergo. Well - it has been more than 10 times with no cash! I'll never purchase from sears stores or sears.com again and want to advise my family and friends of the poor therapy i obtained!
