Eldar Murtazin SCAM Purchasing "Profitable" online websites, Russia

Eldar Murtazin (goes by other names) sells "profitable" websites for an upfront payment. It is a Ponzy scheme and they cut it off before you get your money back, but not before trying to get you to get others signed up underneath you (you get commission for this so it is enticing). Then he/they drop off the face of the earth and are unreachable. Wire transfers and in Russia, so impossible to get this back.
