They offer a DEAL and in a DASH you loose

After winning many products, I was all of a sudden having trouble with auctions. They claim it was due to the number of new members overloading their site. Then, they started running out of products that I had won, they offered me a gift card for about 60% of the value of the gift. I refused that offer, then finally I got them to offer 100% of the prize, which they have not sent yet...

All I get from them is a promises and excuses. They have given me the run around for nearly two months now. It appears that they have done this to many people, because on other bidder's bio, they have complained about not receiving items that they have won. They even claim to see the same items that they are suppose to be out of up for auction again.
