Shop nbc value vision makes false advistising statements on tv rip-off

I feel that shop nbc/value vision has been un-fair with dealing with my computer problems. I purchased a computer system... in may 0f 2001. As they state on tv... 4 steps and your computer is up and running... Off the bat. My printer would not print... I tried to call shop nbc/value vision but spent many hours on the phone waiting for someone to pick up... Push #3... Push. 5... Then a recording. Visit our web-site... Then i wrote an email. No answer. Weeks and months went by and we could make little contact... One my office staff got through to the shop nbc people after waiting 3 hours... They say they would send out a new printer... We waited for 3 weeks (we had to send the old one back first)... My office staff called again... When she got through they said that they had lost the order and would sent a new one and a better model... 2 week and we recieved the new printer (same old model)... Hooked it up... Bingo. It didn't work. As we did in the beginning... We tried to get our money back or a new system... They advertise that they are one of the world largest... And they said no to the new computer or refund... When i first placed the order i asked the phone market person about what happens if this goes wrong... Etc. He said if you have a problem, call our office and we will have someone in 24 hours to fix the computer unless it's the scanner/print. Then we will send you a new one out... We maintain 15,000 people to service our computers all over the usa... I have had other people call and the sellers told them the same thing... Big jim one of the people on tv that owns the company makes fun of all the other resellers for how they treat others when they buy computers... But the fact is he doesn't practice what he preaches... I have tried to call in and talk with him on the show but they won't put my call on line... I have sent emails to him and he doesn't respond... I have filed complaints with the bb, ag office and have had the payments held on my american express account... I feel this company tries to wait the complainter out... I also have a copy of another persons problem with them... Bottom line is... Don't belive the sellers on the tv program or the people that does the selling. I have copies of all of the above and i'm trying to file a suit... I won't go away that easy...
