World pay
RBS World Pay Hidden charges, termination fee

Internet & Web

World Pay, formerly RBS world pay in my experience is the single most un-ethical greedy company I have ever come in contact with. We recently launched a new site and had been using World Pay for our old back up site. I had thought our fees were a little high on the old site but had not paid enough attention.

On the final month of the old site being up I noticed. $52.80 in transactions but World Pay charged us $98.00 in fees $3.00 for processing, $20.00 monthly membership, $10.00 admin fee, $15.00 visa portal, $25.00 for not signing up for compliance program and $25.00 for the compliance program I didn't sign up for. Turns out I had been paying these fees for a year! So after 5 years of doing business with them I closed the account. So they tried to tack on another $495.00 for early termination fee.

World Pay finally dropped their the $495.00. However, they would not pay back the hundreds they stole. World Pays business practices border on criminal and it's companies like this who turn people into communist and march on Wall Street. The CEO should be incarcerated
