Internet treasure chest refund ripoff

I ordered the internet treasure chest basic kit for $59 but was sent the news letter with it at a cost of $35 more which i didn't order. I tried it for a couple of weeks only to find out that i couldn't get any orders until i send them another $160 to open a merchante acount. So i sent it back within the 30 days and tried to call them to talk to someone but the phone line didn't connect to no one. I'm still waiting for my refund.
